Ethiopian police say it has captured 15 Kalashnikov guns and 7,800 bullets last week in the eastern part of Ethiopia, Afar region.
The Addis Ababa Police Commission has said that it has seized 10,732 illegal pistols and 99, 785 bullets from arms dealers in the fist nine months of Ethiopia’s current fiscal year started July 8, 2018.
The National intelligence and security service of Ethiopia and the police today capture 28 Kalashnikov guns, 459 Turkish-made pistols and $700,000 in cash from smugglers.
