NEWS- The export earnings of Ethiopia for the first ten months the current budget year started July 8, 2029, has increased by 12.6 percent to $2.4 billion including the $329.3 million the country earned in the month of April.
BY ANDUALEM SISAY GESSESSE – Ethiopia is known as the top African country for having huge amount of livestock. From a 53 million cattle, over 25 million sheep, over 24 million goats and camels, Ethiopia has a huge potential for production of meat, skins and hides products.
Commodity export earnings of Ethiopia during the first nine months of the current fiscal year of the country starting July 8, 2019 has increased by 10 percent reaching $2.09 billion compared to same period the previous year.
