Kenya confirms first Coronavirus case

Kenya’s Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe confirmed the first Coronavirus case, a Kenyan national who recently returned home from the United Sates via London.

The 27 years old woman who acquired the deadly virus is now isolated and being treated, according to the media reports from Kenya. Kenya, the neighbor of Ethiopia, is the first East African country to report coronavirus case.



So far globally over 125,000 coronavirus cases in 100 plus countries including the wife of Canada’s Prime Minister, is reported. Out of the about five thousand total deaths, China leads with the majority, while South Korea and Italy are also among the most affected countries by the deadly virus.
