COVID-19 deaths in Ethiopia increases to 75

The total number of coronavirus (COVID-19) has increased to 75 after the country reported one new death today.

Currently 38 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition, according to the daily report of the Ministry of Health of Ethiopia. In the last 24 hours, the country has conducted laboratory test for 3238 people of which 131 are found COVID-19 positive.

The The new figure has increased the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Ethiopia so far to 4,662. Out of the total 1,297 people have recovered so far including 84 new recoveries reported in the last 24 hours.

Out of the 131 COVID-19 positive one is a foreign national while, the remaining are Ethiopians of which 98 are residents of Addis Ababa, 16 from Oromia region, 4 from Somali, 3 from Afar, 3 from Southern part, 3 from Dire Dawa, 2 from Gambella, one from Tigray, and one from Amhara regions.
