A Coffee roasting training that contributes to the efforts of adding values to Ethiopian coffee production, organized by Les Saveurs d’Ethiopie Paris-Addis.
The event is organized in collaboration with Vincent balotte café Lagrange with SCA standard, was held from 26th to 28th of August 2022 in Addis Ababa.
Different companies engaged in the of production and Export of Ethiopian coffee as well as Ethiopian Coffee Exporters Associations were part of this training session.
Les Saveurs d’Ethiopie Paris-Addis and Vincent balotte café Lagrange have been working on the realization of the project of building a coffee training school in Addis since 2019 with the assistance of the Embassy of Ethiopia in Paris. In this regard, this training is considered as an initial step of the project.
