Ethiopia has become the top in the world in the number of displaced people due to violence and conflicts, a new global report said.
The committee assigned by the Ethiopian Parliament said 600 people are so far detained for fueling conflicts and displacing millions of people in in the country over the last one year.
The number of internally displaced people (IDP) in Ethiopia due to ethic clashes has reached 2.8 million from 1.6 million at the beginning of the year, UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said.
