A delegation of Ethiopia led by the chief of staff General Adam Mohammed has visited Saudi Arabia this week to discuss military cooperation between the two countries.
During the two days visit the delegation has the two sides have discussed “major military and security cooperation”, according to the Ethiopian Government news agency, ENA report. Saudi Arabia Chief of Staff, General Fayyad Al-Ruwaili, and General Adam Mohammed of Ethiopia have talked about about defense issues and agree to exchange best experiences.
The two sides have also discuss about ways of strengthening security and military cooperation to maintain peace and stability in the region. It is also indicated that the Ethiopian Defense delegation has visited the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) in Riyadh. Discussion was also made with the officials of the center on how to work together and fight terrorism in the region.
