The Prime Minister Office has announced the appointment of Mr. Nigussu Tilahun as its new Press Secretary.
He took the position replacing Billene Seyoum, who served for the past few moths as the first press secretary of the newly established Office of the prime Minister.
Mr. Nigussu has been serving in Amhara Region as Culture and Tourism Bureau head. He also served as Amhara Region Communication Office head for a long time.
The new appointment also includes a new deputy Press Secretary Mr. Kassahun Gofe, who served as state minister in the Government Communications Affairs Office, which is replaced by the Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Office.
