The Supreme Court of Amhara Region of Ethiopia today sentenced former TIRET Corporate board members, Bereket Simon and Tadesse Kassa to six and eight years imprisonment, respectively for corruption.
Two former Ethiopian Government officials namely Bereket Simon, often referred as the right hand of the late Prime Minister Meles Zenawi, and Tadesse Kassa, A.K.A. Tinkishu are found guilty of corruption charges.
