Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia posted on their Facebook account about AU Election Observation Mission’s conclusion on the 6th General Election of Ethiopia that was conducted 22 June 2021.
The AU Election Observation Mission in Ethiopia concludes that despite some operational, logistical, security, political & COVID19 related challenges, overall, the pre-election & Election Day processes were conducted in an orderly, peaceful and credible manner.
The AU Election Observation Mission in Ethiopia is led by the former President of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo.
