Singapore to set to host low-carbon energy, climate technologies (Gastech 2023) summit, one of the largest energy conference and exhibition.

The world’s largest meeting place for the global natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, low-carbon solutions, and climate technologies industries, Gastech 2023 will take place at Singapore EXPO from 5-8 September, the organizer said.

“For over 50 years, Gastech has played a pivotal role in the energy industry, bringing together world energy leaders, thought leaders and innovators for an unparalleled industry experience over a four-day period,” stated DMG Events

“Natural gas has proven to be a key energy source not only to tackle emissions but to provide a secure supply of energy. However, to support the energy transition, infrastructure will need to be adapted to accommodate the rapid adoption of hydrogen and low-carbon gas solutions,” it said

DMG Events noted that Singapore plays a growing and important role as a key energy hub, which boasts the world’s third largest refining center, and will welcome over 300 Ministers, CEOs, and global business leaders. They will be joined by 4,000 delegates, 750 exhibitors, and 40,000 attendees from over 100 countries. Among the issues to be covered during the summit are the increase in Asian gas demand led by China; energy security and the use of gas, LNG, and new energy sources such as hydrogen.

Headquartered in Dubai, UAE since 1989 with operations in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Singapore, Canada, South Africa and the UK, dmg events is an international exhibitions and publishing company. The company says it attracts more than 425,000 visitors to its portfolio of 84 exhibitions each year.
